-The presentation will centre around the decision tree when deciding whether a dentist should treat a particular patient or not.

-The reasons and mechanism of pathology associated with impacted third molars, assessment of the patient and assessment of the degree of difficulty of third molars for removal, indications for CBCT and then step by step presentation of surgical technique for removal of third molars

-A discussion regarding risks and with brief mention of types of injury to nerves and protocols regarding patient follow up.
